When will I receive my prints?
I will prepare and ship all prints once a month on the 25th to be sent on the first day of each month, so if you subscribe before the 25th you will receive it on the first days of next month and if you do after the 25th you will receive it the first days of the following month. All prints are sent by Royal Mail with 3 to 5 days delivery. If you don't receive it after the 7th please contact me at contact@marceladiazfineart.com.
How will I receive my free bonuses?
You will receive acces to the archive of phone wallpapers by email after making your subscription. You will be subscribed to my newsletter to receive from time to time exclusive content and first view to new artworks, news about the print of the month, offers and discounts. You can unsubscribe whenever you want.
If I don't like my print can I return it for a full refund?
Yes, if you don't like your print just send me a message to contact@marceladiazrtstudio.com and I will issue a full refund and you can keep the print. In the case of collections or larger A4 prints please return them for a full refund.
Does my print come framed?
No, it is only the print. The pictures on this page are only as reference on how the prints will look when framed. The A5 and A4 are standard sizes and you can find a ready made frame on the market or make a custom frame. For an amazing look I recommend using a 1 to 2 cm. frame with a 2 to 5 cm. white mat, but the style you choose is up to you.
Can I print the free background images?
These images are made to be used as digital backgrounds for personal use only so please do not print them. This would be a copyright infringement. Thank you for understanding.
